1. Introduction

1.1This Privacy Policy explains how Pok (“Pok”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Pok app for iPhone and iPad (the “App”) and the pok.run website.
1.2By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2.1The App does not require an account. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, advertising identifier, or usage analytics.
2.2The only information the App sends to us is the crash report described in Section 3.
2.3If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message, which we use only to respond to you.

3.1The App uses Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google LLC, to collect crash reports when the App stops unexpectedly.
3.2A crash report contains the stack trace, device model, operating system version, App version, the time of the crash, and a random installation identifier generated by Crashlytics.
3.3Crash reports do not contain your name, contact details, game files, save data, or other content you add to the App.
3.4We use crash reports only to diagnose and fix problems in the App. They are not used for advertising, tracking, or profiling.
3.5Crash reports are processed by Google in accordance with the Firebase privacy policy.

4.1Game files you import, battery saves, save states, settings, controller configurations, skins, cheat codes, and library metadata are stored locally on your device. We have no access to this data.
4.2Deleting the App removes this data from your device, except for copies kept in your iCloud account or device backups.

5.1iCloud sync is optional. When enabled, your data is stored in your own iCloud account and is subject to Apple’s privacy policy.
5.2We do not operate our own sync servers and cannot access data stored in your iCloud account.

6.1Firebase Crashlytics is the only third-party service integrated into the App. The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
6.2In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment information.
6.3The App and website may link to third-party websites, such as skin or cheat code resources. Those websites are governed by their own privacy policies.

7.1Crash reports are retained by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days and are then deleted.
7.2Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

8.1The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9.1You can delete all locally stored data at any time by deleting the App.
9.2Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete information about you. To make a request, contact us at the address in Section 11.

10.1We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
