Payment Agreement

1. Introduction

1.1This Payment Agreement governs purchases made within the Pok app for iPhone and iPad (the “App”), provided by Pok (“Pok”, “we”, “us”).
1.2This agreement forms part of our Terms of Use. By making a purchase, you agree to this agreement.

2.1Paid features, where offered, are sold as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store.
2.2All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We do not receive or store your payment information.

3.1Prices are shown in the App before purchase, in the local currency of your App Store region, and may include applicable taxes.
3.2Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
3.3We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

4.1Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
4.2Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the then-current price.
4.3You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.4If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5.1Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
5.2To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

6.1Non-consumable purchases and active subscriptions can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account using the Restore Purchases option in the App.

8.1We may revise this agreement from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
